About Us

My name is Katie Peltier.  My husband, Keith and I live in Poplar, Wisconsin. 

We have a hobby farm and a construction company. 

Our farm, KAP Farms, has many animals.  We have two burros, Earmuffs and Festice; sheep; pygmy and nubian goats; geese; ducks; peafowl; chickens; and rabbits.

40+ Construction is our construction company specializing in residential remodeling and new construction.  We are licensed and insured in Wisconsin.  Our motto:  No job too big, no job too small.  Please see the 40+ page for more information.
